Congratulations to all the designer and ilustrators. Congratulations Darren. it´s your fault, you have achived this great proyect.
I agree with Ronald.
These are fantastic! I’m glad mine made it in one piece. Maybe in addition to the monthly winner, you could do an honorable mention called “Postman’s Pick” chosen by the person who delivers mailmeart to you.
Is there a certain criteria for artwork NOT to be included for submission on the site? I posted some work a good few weeks ago now and there’s no sign of it in the gallery (I didn’t think it was that bad!! ha ha ha).. It was a Batman/Arkham Asylum DL envelope..
We’ve got the Batman/Arkham Asylum DL envelope. Its in September’s bunch, which hasn’t been sorted or posted up yet. But we have got it, nice work
@Birgit… Since it’s from May I’ll look into it and try and find out if we got it or not, email a photo or description to darren at mailmeart dot com. Please note all of the work from months gone by is being posted up on the site as there’s just to much of it, but we’re trying our best.
Dear all,
there’s a minor mistake in your gallery: my name is Ana Petri, unfortunately not Ana Petra
…and there’s a heart inside of the envelope waiting to be placed on a sleeping cat; Please do, otherwise the cat will be one very sad boy…
Love,
a
I`ve send an envelope in late october. did it get there? wondering…..it will be included in november set?
and have another question….I can send a piece for every month, it`s that ok? they will all be included in the final exhibition and ome by one in the monthly competition?
wish you all the best!
@ Laura Ioana Degeratu… All of the work will be at the final exhibition and you can send a piece each month for the comp! Email me a picture of the mail art to darren at lcsv4 dot com and I’ll do a check to see if we have it yet.
Hi,
There is a mistake Darren. You included again the yellow doberman in october. I sent you other blue doberman “where is my breakfast?” and it isn´t on the page.
Best regards,
Fernando
Hi im thinking of submitting work and have a idea, I need it to be a box and was wondering if i send it whole it will proberly get damaged or can i send it flat packed through the post?
Hi Brendan
Don’t worry about your box being damaged in the post. We had a lot of 3D pieces sent to the first project and there were maybe a couple that arrived with slight knocks. The idea is that all the artwork travels through the postal system in its complete form, so please don’t package it up. Thanks for taking part.

Through some research, I’ve deduced that my piece had actually been sent to the capital of Laos and then back to you in England. THAT is hilarious. From Milwaukee, WI USA to Laos to England. And in one piece! Amazing! Anyhow, did you get to opening up the piece for the full effect? Awesome stuff, Darren!
Hei Darren, I sent my submission on december, regular mail… does it still counts if it arrives after january 31st but was postmarked before that? mail is really slow from country to country sometimes… hope you still get it..
Hi Darren! I think this comment is a little delayed but never to late to congratulate you for this amazing art project! A creative way to show and encourage new talents and promote art and graphics from all over the world. Congratulations again for this wonderful idea, the exhibition, the book and good luck on the next Mail Me Art 3! I’d love to participate on MMA3′s each month for sure!
PD:
I’ve sent my art on late December but I’m wondering if you have received it and in which month it will be posted (December or January?) When do you think MMA3 will be starting?? Many Thanks!!
Hi Darren!
I`m happy – my work arrived – you can see it – nov.09 first work left, 10th row from above … PLEASE correct my name: monika lederbauer (NOT ledenbauer) !!!! THANKS a lot! Wishing you a good time …. waiting still a few days for museum D`Orsay ) ! SUNny greetings from AUSTRIA! monika
Just to say Thank You very much for choosing mine for the December Gallery, I’m very flattered and its brilliant to see it on the website. Does this mean it will be making it in the book and Exhibition??? I really hope so! it’s great what you guys are doing and keep up the good work!

I’m wondering when you might be posting the August entries? I’m hoping mine made it there!
Thanks.
Hi Darren,
Is there a way to know if you’ve recieved the ‘post’ …… I don’t trust Royal Mail with all those strikes.
Cheers,
oscar.
Hi Oscar – we definitely have mail art from you. Thanks, Darren
August’s photos and winner will be posted today!

I sent my work in May. If it did not arrive, I wish the postal clerk appreciates my artwork.

Hello Darren, I just want to let you know that the string attached on my envelope is not part of the art, I’m guessing the postoffice put it there.
