The running costs for the project are currently at around £6000 ($9120). We’re hoping to recoup most of that by selling the book and we’re also hoping to make the artists lots of money by selling their work at the exhibition! We’re working on the book at the moment and we’re going to to try and get as many of the mail artists into the book as possible in some way or another this time round!
I would therefore like to announce that we are now taking pledges towards the funding and upkeep of Medium Without a Message and this is your chance to support the Mail Me Art project! A pledge is not a donation and for every pledge that is made the pledger will receive something in return. 52 pledges: £1000+ ($1550/€1250) All of the above with the highest pledge giver having first choice with the subsequent highest pledge given having next choice and so on of an original mail art work from Dan May, Jon Burgerman, Kristian Olson, Michael Slack and Catalina Estrada. The work on these mail arts has already be completed and will not be personalized.
